7 Game Winning Streak!

The senior stars travelled early morning to Bangor today (Sunday 7th) to take on the Bangor Chiefs and Ballymoney Badgers. Two comfortable wins for the Stars saw them score 27 goals in the two games and only conceded 2.

The wins bring the teams winning streak to 7 straight games, and are currently undefeated in 2010. Although joint top of the league table now with the Belfast Bruins, the bruins have 3 games in hand, and are unlikely to drop many if any points for the remainder of the season.

The Stars are now focusing on finishing as high in the league as possible, and concentrating on confirming their place in the post season playoffs.

The seniors have three games left in the league, with tough games coming up vs Northern Cyclones, East Coast Lightning and East Coast Blaze. Next up is the Cyclones, and the Stars will be keen to make up for missed opportunities the last time the sides met.
